职责描述：

1、为技术部门提供专利相关的咨询建议，规避专利侵权风险；

2、国内外专利检索与分析（如：专利性分析，侵权分析，无效分析等）；

3、竞争对手专利监视、技术动态追踪；

4、审核代理所撰写的专利申请文件；

5、有国外留学或国外工作经验者优先。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景，机械、机电、电子类相关专业；

2、2年以上专利工作经验；

3、熟悉中国、美国及欧洲专利数据库；

4、CET-6及以上英语水平，可熟练阅读机械、机电类英文技术资料；良好的英语阅读、书写及口语能力；

5、具有撰写专利申请文件、答复OA经验、具有专利代理人资格者优先；

6、具有良好的理解、沟通能力，以及优秀的团队合作精神。

Responsibility description:

4. The patent application documents written by the audit agency;

Job requirements:

1, B.A. or M.A., major in science and engineering background, mechanical, electrical, electronic or related major;

2, more than 3 years of patent  work experience;

3, familiar with China, the United States and Europe patent database;

4, CET-6 and above English level, can be skilled in reading mechanical, electrical and mechanical English technical information; read \write\speak English good.

5, with the writing of patent application documents, reply OA experience, with a patent agent qualification is preferred;

6, with good understanding and communication skills, as well as excellent team work spirit.
